Foster veterans like Jan and Glenn are dependable, reliable, compassionate and dedicated to our mission. Above all, they are consistent.
In the past two years, Jan and Glenn have opened up their hearts and homes to 18 cats and kittens in need of a safe place!
They have watched as 18 cats and kittens have gone from abandoned to a forever home.
Our animal care staff knows that they can count on Jan to say yes when the number of homeless kittens rises above the carrying capacity of the shelter. Their yes means more lives can be saved.
In response to the increasing number of abandoned pets and the urgent need for rehoming, Animal Harbor launched its own foster program in January of this year. We’re actively seeking dedicated volunteers, just like Jan, to join our cause.
We are limited in the number of cats and dogs that we can provide a safe and loving environment for because of limited space. But you can solve that problem!
This program is only possible with volunteer support.
That’s where you come in.
